Real Estate & Home Expo (RHE) is a comprehensive and professional exhibition platform that integrates "real estate transaction, developments, architectural, investments, financing, mortgage, real estate servicing and home improvements".

RHE fills the blank of real estate and home exhibition in the northern GTA. It is recognized by the government of Canada and China, being the largest local Chinese real estate and home exhibition and sales platform. RHE has set a benchmark for the professional trade exhibition operation in the Chinese-Canadian market.

Le Parc Banquet and Conference Centre

EVENT DIRECTIONS

The Le Parc Banquet and Conference Centre is located on the southeast side of Richmond Hill and is adjacent to Markham by Hwy 404. 25 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport and 30 minutes from downtown Toronto. The venue is at an ideal location that intersected Hwy 7 and Leslie St. and is easy to access by car or public transit.

From the East (Markham)

By Car

Take the Hwy 7 west to Leslie St. Make a left turn at Leslie St. About 100 meters turn right onto Entrance 2.

By Public Transit

Take YRT#1 or VIVA Purple Westbound towards Richmond Hill Centre Terminal. Get off the bus at West Beaver Creek Rd. Walk across Hwy 7 and go South via the TD Bank building.

From the West (Vaughan)

By Car

Drive on Hwy 7 toward the east. Turn right onto Commerce Valley Dr. W About 170 meters make a left turn onto Entrance 1.

By Public Transit

Take VIVA Purple Eastbound towards Markham Stouffville Hospital. Get off the bus at West Beaver Creek Rd. Walk across Hwy 7 and go South via the TD Bank building.

From the North (Newmarket)

By Car

Take Hwy 404 southbound, and when you exit the highway at Hwy 7 (exit 27), right turn onto Hwy 7. Turn left on to Leslie St. Use Entrance 2 to enter the site.

By Public Transit

Take YRT#90 Southbound towards Don Mills Station. Get off the bus at Minthorn Crt.

From the South (Toronto)

By Car

Get on Don Valley Parkway (DVP) northbound. Follow DVP northbound and Hwy 404. Off-ramp at Hwy 7 (exit 27) and turn left onto westbound of Hwy 7. Make a left turn at Leslie St. About 100 meters turn right onto Entrance 2.

By Public Transit

Take Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) to Don Mills Station. Go to the bus terminal inside the station, and transfer to YRT#90 northbound towards Richmond Green Secondary School (additional fare). Get off the bus at Minthorn Crt. The venue is at your northwest side.

From Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)

By Car

Follow the HWY 409&401 EAST signage onto Hwy 401 eastbound. Continue on Hwy 404 northbound via the direction of HWY 404 NEWMARKET. Off-ramp at Hwy 7 (exit 27) and turn left onto westbound of Hwy 7. Make a left turn at Leslie St. About 100 meters turn right onto Entrance 2.

By Public Transit

Go to the bus terminal at the airport. Get on GO Transit #40 towards Richmond Hill Centre. Take VIVA Purple Eastbound towards Markham Stouffville Hospital. Get off the bus at West Beaver Creek Rd. Walk across Hwy 7 and go South via the TD Bank building.

The RHE provides free parking for both exhibitors and attendees, and you can use any parking lot by the following map below. Do NOT park at an unauthorized parking spot or any spot that is against the law, and we are not responsible for any tickets or fines issued by the city officers.
